We use trusted service providers (“processors”) to host the app, provide authentication, and deliver analytics. These providers only process data on our instructions and must protect it.
We retain account and golf data until you delete your account (or request deletion). Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider settings.
We use Stripe to process payments and manage subscriptions.
For scorecard import, we share scan input data with OCR/AI processors (such as Google Cloud services) strictly to perform extraction and return results to your account.

We may share limited data only when required to operate core infrastructure (hosting, authentication, email delivery) or comply with legal obligations. All service providers are required to safeguard your information.
PinTrackr may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain login sessions, improve site functionality, and collect anonymous usage analytics.
You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly.
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure anonymous usage (e.g., page views, device/browser type, general location at a country/region level). We do not send your email address or other direct identifiers to Google Analytics.
You can choose whether analytics cookies are allowed via the consent banner. If you decline, analytics will remain disabled.
To change your choice later, you can clear your site data for pintrackr.io in your browser and you’ll be prompted again.
