1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide, information created through your use of PinTrackr, and limited technical information needed to operate and protect the service.

PinTrackr does not receive or store full payment card numbers. Apple and its payment partners handle payment credentials under their own privacy policies.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide accounts, sync data, and operate PinTrackr features
• Calculate scores, trends, statistics, achievements, and other golf insights
• Display content you choose to share and support social features
• Process images and prefill scorecard or round information
• Validate purchases, provide Pro access, restore purchases, and administer subscriptions
• Deliver notifications you request and respect your notification preferences
• Provide support, communicate service information, and respond to requests
• Prevent fraud and abuse, investigate reports, moderate content, and protect users
• Maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the service
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms

3. Service Providers & Sharing

We share information only as needed to operate PinTrackr, complete a transaction, protect the service, comply with law, or when you direct us. Service providers may include:

• Supabase for database hosting, authentication, storage, and backend services
• Apple for iOS distribution, purchases, subscriptions, and related platform services
• RevenueCat for subscription validation, entitlements, purchase restoration, and subscription analytics
• Expo and related infrastructure for app builds, updates, and push notification delivery
• Google Cloud or similar processors for scorecard image extraction
• Google Analytics for consent-based website analytics

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your consent. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-company targeted advertising.

4. Sharing With Other Users

Profile information, friendships, comments, shared rounds, reactions, and other content may be visible to other users when you use social or sharing features. Private rounds are not intentionally shown in public or friend activity. You can use available privacy controls, remove your own content, block users, or report content and profiles.

5. Cookies, Analytics & Tracking

The website uses necessary cookies or similar storage for sessions and preferences. With your consent, Google Analytics may collect limited usage information such as page views, browser or device type, and country- or region-level location. You can decline analytics through the website consent banner and change your choice by clearing site data.

PinTrackr does not use mobile data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising, and we do not use targeted advertising in the mobile app.

6. Retention & Account Deletion

We generally retain account information and PinTrackr content while your account remains active. You can permanently delete your account from Settings in the mobile app. Account deletion removes the account and associated profile, golf, social, and uploaded-media data, subject to limited records we must retain for legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, or enforcement purposes. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until they cycle out.

Deleting your PinTrackr account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Apple subscriptions must be managed or cancelled through your Apple account.

7. Your Choices & Rights

• Review and update profile information and app preferences
• Choose whether to share a round and remove content you created
• Enable or disable notifications through PinTrackr and device settings
• Block or unblock users and report content or profiles
• Restore purchases or manage an Apple subscription from the app
• Delete your account from Settings
• Request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable law

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No storage or transmission system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

PinTrackr is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to PinTrackr.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as PinTrackr changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
