Terms of Use

1. The Service

PinTrackr helps users record golf rounds and practice activity, manage courses and scorecards, review statistics and achievements, connect with other golfers, share selected activity, and access optional paid features. Features may differ between the website and mobile app and may change over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may use PinTrackr only with that consent.

3. Accounts & Security

• Provide accurate information and keep your account details current
• Protect your credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access
• Do not share, sell, transfer, or create accounts for abusive or fraudulent purposes
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, including profile information, golf data, comments, shared rounds, course information, and images (“User Content”). You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content.

You grant PinTrackr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and transmit User Content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the Service. This includes showing content to other users when you choose a social or sharing feature and sending scorecard images to OCR or AI providers for extraction.

You can remove certain User Content through available controls. Account deletion is described below and in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use & Community Safety

You may not use PinTrackr to:

• Harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or harm another person
• Post unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, fraudulent, or infringing content
• Expose another person’s private information without permission
• Send spam, manipulate engagement, or use automated scraping without authorization
• Upload malware, interfere with the Service, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorized access
• Use PinTrackr in violation of law, these Terms, or another person’s rights

Users can report content or profiles and block other users. We may review reports; restrict visibility; remove content; suspend or terminate accounts; preserve evidence; and contact authorities when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. We are not obligated to monitor every item of User Content.

6. Golf Data & Accuracy

Course information, scorecard scans, statistics, trends, handicap-related outputs, and other insights may be incomplete or inaccurate. Automated scan results are suggestions that you must review before saving. PinTrackr does not provide an official handicap and should not be relied upon for tournament, wagering, medical, legal, or other high-stakes decisions.

7. PinTrackr Pro & Billing

PinTrackr may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewable PinTrackr Pro subscriptions. The price, billing period, included features, any trial, and applicable currency are shown before purchase and may vary by storefront or region.

RevenueCat helps validate purchases and determine access to Pro features. If a payment fails, expires, is refunded, or is cancelled, Pro access may end when the applicable entitlement is no longer active. Deleting your PinTrackr account does not cancel an Apple subscription; you must cancel it through your Apple subscription settings.

8. Third-Party Services

PinTrackr depends on third-party platforms and processors for hosting, authentication, storage, payments, subscriptions, notifications, analytics, and image processing. Their terms and privacy policies may apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

9. Account Deletion & Termination

You can permanently delete your account from Settings in the mobile app. This removes your account and associated content as described in our Privacy Policy, but it does not cancel an active subscription.

You may stop using PinTrackr at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or limit features if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay applicable charges, or if required to protect the Service or other users. Where appropriate, you may contact support@pintrackr.io about an enforcement decision.

10. Service Changes & Availability

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance without notice. We do not guarantee that PinTrackr will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system, or third-party service.

12. Apple-Specific Terms

For the iOS app, these Terms are between you and PinTrackr, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Your use of the iOS app must comply with the App Store Usage Rules. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the Apple-specific provisions. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the extent required by the App Store.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as PinTrackr changes. We will post the revised Terms here and update the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
