These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PinTrackr (“PinTrackr”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information and is incorporated into these Terms.
PinTrackr is a web app that helps you track golf rounds, courses, scores, and related stats.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PinTrackr for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
PinTrackr (including the design, code, and trademarks) is owned by us and our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PinTrackr. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
You may submit content such as course names, tees played, round dates, ratings/slopes, and scores (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant PinTrackr a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
If you use scorecard import, your uploaded images are treated as User Content and may be attached to your round as comment images. You authorize PinTrackr to process those images with third-party OCR/AI providers for extraction and round prefill.
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, but isn’t limited to:
PinTrackr may display course information you enter and may also show nearby course listings from public sources. We don’t guarantee that course details (including rating/slope, location, or “public/private” status) are accurate or up to date.
Your statistics and handicap-related outputs are informational and should not be considered official.
Scorecard scan results are automated suggestions and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming data before saving a round.
PinTrackr may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, analytics, and other features. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
PinTrackr may offer paid subscription plans (for example, “Pro”) that provide access to premium features. Prices and plan details are shown at checkout.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal (if available in your account) or by contacting support. If you cancel, you’ll typically keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable and we don’t provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment information is handled by Stripe in accordance with their policies.
If a payment fails or your subscription becomes inactive, access to paid features may be downgraded or suspended until payment is resolved.
You can stop using PinTrackr at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we must do so to comply with law or protect the service.

PinTrackr is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that the service will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinTrackr and its owners, contributors, or partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of PinTrackr after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
